M1 Energy Capital Securities recently completed funding of two $3.5mm renewable electricity projects involving the production of 20 mega watts of "green" electricity in generators fueled by biodiesel. From concept through structuring and finally through funding we helped guide the project. As the sole fundraiser, we maintain the role of "eyes and ears" to our investors by keeping an active presence at the project's site. We seek to employ this inter-active and highly participatory method in any project where we have fundraising responsibility. Our project scope is focused on small to medium sized oil, gas, and electricity projects.

From basic risk advisory to active hands-on management, we provide our clients a methodology to reduce the volatility coming from operations in a commodity intensive environment. In effect, we are in the disaster insurance business; providing insurance against the financial dangers that can visit firms with commodity exposure.
